Approve a Resolution approving the Proposal from BCC Engineering to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (“CEI”) services pursuant to RFP #2019-057 regarding improvements to N.W. 38th Avenue in an amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS $148,350.00.

Summary Explanation/ Background:
STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE BCC ENGINEERING PROPOSAL FOR CEI SERVICES RELATING TO N.W. 38TH IMPROVEMENTS. BCC will act as engineering consultant providing inspection services during construction. The scope of services include review of contract documents, documentation of existing pre-construction conditions, attendance at pre-construction and bi-weekly progress meetings, and performance of daily inspections in an amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS $148,350.00.
