Need:

To reflect the current CPI increase in the fee for temporary Certificates of Use.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Amend the City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 12, Section 12-27, Issuance of Certificates of Use and Local Business Tax Receipt Upon Payment of Delinquent Fees and Compliance of Violation to amend the Temporary Certificate of Use fee to reflect the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) to $275.63 (up from $250.00).
