Request Action:
Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Subrecipient Agreement between the City of Lauderhill and the Lauderhill Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).
Need:
Pass a resolution to approve an amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Revisions have to be made to the Subrecipient Agreement to reflect changes to the economic development activities for rehabilitiation of commercial/industrial property including, but not limited to, facade improvements and sidewalk repairs in Eastern Lauderhill's CRA designated low-mod area to show the goal of approximately 5 unduplicated businesses being served.
