Summary Explanation/ Background:

One appointment by the Commission as a Whole expires June 2020. Alfreda Coward previously served in this position and has expressed her interest in being reappointed to continue serving.

The other appointment to the Commission as a Whole expires February 2021. Paul Shelton has previously served in this position and has expressed his interest in being reappointed and continuing to serve.
