To approve the memoranudm of understanding between the City of Lauderhill and the Lauderhill Marketplace, LLC. for the redevelopment of the approximate 14 acre property located at the northeast corner of the intersection of State Road 7 and Sunrise Boulevard, Lauderhill, Florida.
