Request Action:
Adopt a Resolution to remove Darius V. Daughtry as board alternate to the Lauderhill Art, Culture, and Tourism Board (ACT Board).
Need:
To ensure a quorum, board members need to attend meetings. The ACT Board voted to remove Mr. Daughtry who did not attend a meeting since appointment to the board.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Mr. Daughtry has not attended a board meeting. The board voted at their 12/17/18 meeting to remove him as their alternate as permitted in Code of Ordinances Sec. 2-3 (2).
