Amend the code of ordinances chapter 20 regarding commercial vehicles parking in residentially zoned areas.

 

Need:

To clarify the restrictions regarding commercial vehicles parking in residentially zoned areas and to define what a commercial vehicle is.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Mayor Richard J. Kaplan requested an amendment to the Code of Ordinances to clarify the restrictions that are placed on commercial vehicles parking in residentailly zoned districts and to provide an amended definition of what is considered to be a commercial vehicle and to clarify the restrictions during certain hours overnight.
