Request Action:

Pass a Resolution to approve various easement dedications from the City to WE Florida Financial.

 

Need:

To grant various easements to facilitate the construction by WE Florida Financial.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

This Resolution would approve and dedicate three easements by the City to WE Florida Financial.  The Temporary Construction Easement would authorize contractors, subcontractors, or agents temporary access onto the City’s property during the construction of improvements to the property located at 6079 West  Oakland Park Boulevard.  The Non-Exclusive Ingress/Egress and Drainage Easement provides for vehicular, truck and pedestrian access to, and ingress and egress to and from the Credit Union Property and provides for storm water drainage and retention and flowage to benefit the Credit Union Property is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.  The Utility Easement Dedication provides for installation and continued maintenance of necessary utilities.  The Utilities Easement shall not be recorded until the construction is completed and the legal description is amended appropriately, if necessary.
