Request Action:

Approve the Agreement between the City of Lauderhill and the Lauderhill Chamber of Commerce, Inc. for economic development and business retention services.

 

 

 

Need Summary Explanation/ Background:

To approve the Agreement with the Chamber of Commerce. Providing that the City will allow certified financial statements. The City will allow you to use these funds for staffing.

The total amount provided will be $25,000 for FY 2025.  $12,500 will be paid once the City Commission approve the agreement and the Chamber provides all necessary supporting documentation.  The balance of the remaining $12,500 will be paid on July 1, 2025 if all the conditions in Section 3 have been met by June 30, 2025 and once the necessary supporting documentation is provided.

A total of $25,000.00
