Request Action:
Adopt a Resolution approving the updated Fifth Amended calendar of Commissioner sponsored events for Fiscal Year 2024.
Need:
Event schedules for each Commissioner have been adjusted to accommodate new and/or cancelled events.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Resolution 21R-10-234 was approved on November 8, 2021, establishing a procedure and calendar of City Hosted Special Events. Since that time, each Commissioner has made changes to their approved event list to accommodate new, cancelled, and/or rescheduled events. RES 21R-10-234 requires that any additions to the calendar require placement on the City Commission Agenda for approval. This Resolution approves the fifth amended annual calendar of city hosted special events for Fiscal Year 2024 to reflect the changes requested.
