Request Action:
Request the approval of the renewal submitted by Humana Group Dental Insurance to include HMO and PPO coverage plans. This agreement covers the contract two-year period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2023.
Need:
To provide dental insurance benefits to eligible employees.

Humana has agreed to continue the current rates for the DHMO and DPPO plans for a period of two years ending September 30, 2023.
