Summary Explanation/ Background:
The City currently contracts with Cataline Avalos to provide Special Master services to the City of Lauderhill. Mrs. Avalos is no longer able to provide these services due to her growing work load. Mrs. Jane Fishman is qualified and available and willing to serve in this capacity for the City of Lauderhill Special Master proceedings. This Agreement authorizes Jane Fishman (who is a former Broward County Judge) to provide Special Master services to the City of Lauderhill commencing February 2020.
