Request Action:
Request Commission approval for the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between the City of Lauderhill and the Teamsters Local 769 for the period October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2021.
Need:
The existing CBA expired on September 30, 2017.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Due to the expiration of the contract on September 30, 2017, the Teamsters and the City had to enter into negotiations for a new collective bargaining agreement covering the period October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2021. This agreement was ratified by the members.
