RESOLUTION NO. 20R-07-120: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REMETERING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL AND PELEG GROUP USA, LLC. TO ALLOW SUBMETERS AT THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS ST. MINAS PLAZA LOCATED AT 2605-2635 N. STATE ROAD 7, LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA IN ORDER TO SEPARATELY BILL EACH INDIVIDUAL USER BASED UPON ACTION WATER CONSUMPTION AT THE SAME RATE UTILIZED BY THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE (REQUESTED BY INTERIM CITY MANAGER, DESORAE GILES-SMITH).

Need:
Owner request of meter separation.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
To separate the bill for each unit for actual water consumption. Per the City's Code of Ordinances, meter separation can only occur with Commission approval.
