Request Action:
A resolution is required from the city commission to approve the reinstatement and second amendment to its HOME Rehabilitation Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and the city for Fiscal Year 2018-2019.
Need:
Action is required to obtain commission approval prior to executing the 2018-2019 reinstatement and second amendment agreement for its 2018-2019 Housing Rehabilitation Interlocal Agreement.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
The agreement has expired and the City has requested, and the County has agreed, that the agreement be reinstated and the term extended to September 30, 2021. Funds for the agreement are encumbered to eligible residents and will be fully expended once the reinstatement is approved.
