Request Action:
To approve a resolution establishing the City's intent to be reimbursed from proceeds of a future tax exempt financing for project costs incurred up to $65,000,000.
Need Summary Explanation/ Background:
This reimbursement resolution will provide funding for various improvements throughout the City including public safety projects, city wide parks improvements and for roadways and transportation projects. If the City's March 10, 2026 referendum questions pass, the City will be reimbursed for costs expended on projects included in the referendum project list.
