CRA-24R-09-21: COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CITY OF LAUDERHILL: A RESOLUTION OF THE LAUDERHILL COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 BUDGET FOR THE CENTRAL COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $115,500.00 APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 BUDGET FOR THE EASTERN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $1,609,249.00; PROVIDING THAT BOTH OF THESE BUDGETS WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL GENERAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE (REQUESTED BY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, SEAN HENDERSON).

Pass a Resolution approving the Lauderhill CRA Fiscal Year 2025 tentative operating budget for the Central CRA in the amount of $115,500.00 and approving the Fiscal Year 20251, tentative operating budget for the Eastern CRA in the amount of $1,609,249.00.

To approve the tentative CRA operating budgets for both the Central and Eastern CRAs.

Pass a Resolution to approve the temporary operating budget for the City of Lauderhill Central Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) for Fiscal Year 2025 in the amount of $115,500.00 and for the Eastern Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) for Fiscal Year 2025 in the amount of $1,609,249.00; both which are to be incorporated into the overall City of Lauderhill general operating budget for Fiscal Year 2025.
