RESOLUTION NO. 26R-03-67: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL APPOINTING ______________________________ TO SERVE AS A MEMBER OF THE LOCAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE UNEXPIRED FOUR (4) YEAR TERM TO EXPIRE JUNE 2028; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Request Action:
Approve a Resolution appointing members to serve on the Local Affordable Housing Advisory Board by the Commission as a Whole, for the remainder of a four (4) year term, expiring June 2028.
Need Summary Explanation/ Background:
The board must consist of one representative from at least six (6) of the eleven (11) categories listed, as outlined in Florida Statute 420.9076. If at least six (6) of eleven (11) categories are currently filled, two members may hold a position in the same category. Currently, the City Clerk's Office has the following applications on file from individuals meeting the listed criteria:
Peter Lybrand, (i) A citizen who resides within the jurisdiction of the local governing body making the appointments
