Request Action:
The Parks and Recreation Department is requesting that the City Commission approve the Lease Agreement between the City of Lauderhill and Collins International, Inc to provide access and parking of vehicles by City staff and the public on the property located at 1601 N.W. 31ST Avenue, Lauderhill, FL 33311.

Need:
The City is currently in the process of construction of West Ken Lark Park and in need of parking for use by City Staff and the public while relocated to James Bradley Park. The City would also like to use parking access in additional areas of the property for special events/meetings on an ass needed basis.

Collins International, Inc. is the owner of the property located at 1601 N.W. 31st Avenue and N.W.16th Avenue, adjacent to James Bradley Park and has agreed to lease the Parking lot to the City. The City is interested in using the property for use by City staff and the public for special events, meetings, and recreational activities.
