Need Summary Explanation/ Background:
The Purpose of this memo is to request the Boards approval to grant the CRA Director, Sean Henderson to execute a lease agreement between the CRA and 38h Avenue Warehouse for property located at 1803-1807 NW 31st Ave Lauderhill Fl 33311.
This authorization would apply retroactively for the lease period of September 15, 2024- February 15, 2025 and would also include approval to extend the lease for an additional term, from February 15, 2025-February 15, 2026.
