Request Action:
Requesting approval for the creation of the Assistant Fire Code Official job description.
Need:
This position is necessary to ensure proper succession planning in the Fire Department.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Approve the create of the new job position and the new job description for the new job position of Assistant Fire Code Official. The implementation of this position will allow for the Fire Department to have another certified and licensed Fire Code Official.
