Define who is included in the term "Parking Enforcement Specialist"
Summary Explanation/ Background:
To add a definition to the City Code to specifically include what individuals are permitted to issue parking citations within the authority permitted by law to "Parking Enforcement Specialists" after receiving the proper training/certification.
