Request Action:
Pass a Resolution to approve the Option to Extend the Agreement with SoutWest Direct who is Now Known As (n/k/a) Info Send, Inc. to provider billing services to the City of Lauderhill for an additional two (2) year term.
Need:
To approve the option to extend a contract.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
We have a current contract in place with SouthWest Direct to provide billing services to the City. The agreement contains an Option to Extend for one additonal two (2) year period. SouthWest Direct was bought out by Info Send, Inc. So the new option to extend will be under their new name of Info Send, Inc. subject to the same terms and conditions of the Agreement.
