Adopt a Resolution approving the election of Alicia Alexander as an employee representative member of the Lauderhill General Employee Pension Board for a two (2) year term, expiring January 2023.
Need:
To fill a vacant, expired terms of Marie Lamour and Winnieford Nisbeth on the Lauderhill General Employee Pension Board.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
The employee representative terms were vacant. Alicia Alexander was the only nomination and no election was needed causing her to win at default. Alicia Alexander was elected to fill one of the expired terms, the other remains vacant.
