Request Action:
Commission acceptance of the attached Bill of Sale and Utilities Easement Dedication from Brightstar Credit Union located at 1593 NW 40 Avenue, Lauderhill, FL 33313

Need:
The City wishes to accept the Bill of Sale and easement dedication for installed water facilities. The easement will be used to access the water facilities for repairs or replacement.

Summary Explanation/ Background:
The Bill of Sale will give the City the all the water distribution system improvements together with all appurtenances attached thereto, which lie within the Brightstar Credit Union boundary. This will give the City the full and free right and authority to construct, maintain, repair, install, and rebuilding the water facilities in, over, under, through, upon or across the easement area.
