RESOLUTION NO. 26R-03-66: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA, APPOINTING SHERRY BYNES BY COMMISSIONER MELISSA P. DUNN TO SERVE AS A REGULAR MEMBER OF CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD FOR A THREE (3) YEAR TERM EXPIRING NOVEMBER 2028; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Resolution is requested to approve the appointments to the Code Enforcement Board, as selected by individual Commissioners to fill the vacant and/or expired seats.
Need Summary Explanation/ Background:
The appointment of Sherry Bynes by Commissioner Melissa P. Dunn expired November 2025. Commissioner Dunn has requested the reappointment of Ms. Bynes for an additional three (3) year term, to expire November 2028.
Cost Summary/ Fiscal Impact:
All board members receive a $50.00 stipend, per meeting attended.
