Request Action:

Pass a Resolution to approve the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with Broward County Transit to provide modified funding amount for community bus shuttle services.

Need:

To increase the amount of funding to the costs actually charged by the provider.

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Broward County has advised that they will fund the community bus shuttle services at the modified rate actually charged by the provider, Limousines of South Florida, at the rate of $45.00 per hour. The amended agreement reflects this change in funding amount.
