Need Summary Explanation/ Background:
Approve Second amendment to the Bus Shelter Installation and Maintenance Agreement: Exhibit A has been updated to account for all existing bus stops with current furniture components installed. Likewise, Exhibit B represents bus stops as identified by BCT for future procurement and installs by the County; No. 6. in the agreement also speaks about a permit clause.
