RESOLUTION NO. 23R-05-127: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REMETERING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL AND RAYMOND BRAVE AND JEANNETTE MICHEL TO ALLOW SUBMETERS AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5301 - 5305 N.W. 17TH COURT, LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA, IN ORDER TO SEPARATELY BILL EACH INDIVIDUAL USER BASED UPON ACTUAL WATER CONSUMPTION AT THE SAME RATE UTILIZED BY THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE (REQUESTED BY CITY MANAGER, DESORAE GILES-SMITH).

The City Commission is requested to approve the remetering of 5301-5305 NW 17 CT Lauderhill, FL 33313.
Need:
Owner request of meter separation.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
To separate the bill for each unit for actual water consumption. Per the City’s Code of Ordinances, meter separation can only occur with Commission approval.
