Pass an ordinance to amend the hours and refulations re: live entertainment, alcoholic beverage use provisions regarding alcohol sales and consumption & noises.
Need:
To expressly state the hours for live entertainment (both indoor and outdoor) and alcohol sales and consumption and noise levels.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
The Arts & Entertainment Overylay District was recently established. It was noticeds that the hours specifically relating to alcoholic beverage sales and consumption were not expressly stated, so this Ordinance is to expressly provide the hours regarding all alcohol use in various categories and zones. Clarification was also needed for the hours of live entertainment (both indoor and outdoor) and noise levels.
