Need:
A need to include land uses commonly found in life style centers, arts, and entertainment districts. A need to amend the Commerce Park Overlay District to become the Arts and Entertainment Overlay District.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
The proposed ordinance shall bring the 38th Avenue corridor into the Arts and Entertainment District as envisioned in the Community Redevelopment Agency State Road 7 Community Redevelopment District.
