THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING TO RENOVATE BOTH THE FIRST AND THRID FLOOR OF THE EXISTING THREE STORY BUILDING LOCATED AT 5950 W OAKLAND PARK BLVD TO HOUSE OFFICE, MEDICAL (WITH CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PRACTITIONER) USE WHICH REQUIRES A SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPROVAL BY THE CITY COMMISSION IS REQUIRED.
