Request Action:
Pass an Ordinance to amend City Code of Ordinances Appendix G, Franchises, Article III, Garbage, Refuse, and Trash, Exhibit "A" amending the rate schedule of fees that went into effect by the service provider on October 1, 2023.
Need:
To update the garbage rates that went into effect by the service provider.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Waste Management provides garbage, refuse and trash collection services to the City of Lauderhill. The service provider has provided the change of rates that went into effect on October 1, 2023. This ordinance updates the City Code of Ordinances to reflect the current rates.
