Request Action:
Appoint Jeffery Bennett, Jr. to serve as a member of the Advisory Council for the Habitat Safe Neighborhood Improvement District for a two year term to expire September 2027.
Need Summary Explanation/ Background:
The Habitat Safe Neighborhood Improvement District Board of Directors needs to appoint a new member for a two (2) year term. The member must be an owner of real property located in the district area or be residents of the district area. The member shall be subject to the rules and procedures for boards and committees set out in the city code, chapter 2, article I. Members of the council are permitted to serve on other city boards and/or committees.
