Pass a Resolution to approve the final settlement with Kurthllyn Biggs in the amount of $65,000 and Olivia Wellington in the amount of $35,000 as a result of a pending litigation claim as full and final settlement of all claims and liens inclusive of attorneys fees and costs.

Need:
To approve settlement agreements that exceed $30,000.
