Need:
To extend the deadline for the Amnesty Lien Mitigation Program through June 30, 2024.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
The Amnesty Lien Mitigation Program has proven to be successful in getting properties into compliance and reducing and collecting liens from numerous properties resulting in the cleaning up of properties and the releases of liens to clear title. City staff is recommending an extension of the program through June 30. 2024.
