Request Action:
To approve a resolution establishing the City's intent to be reimbursed from proceeds of a future tax exempt financing for project costs incurred up to $5,000,000.


Summary Explanation/ Background:
This reimbursement resolution will provide funding for various public improvements to the City's stormwater system. More specifically Drainage Connection Turnpike, Drainage Improvement Maple Run, and City Hall Drainage Annex Parking.
