Previously, Desorae Giles-Smith was appointed to serve as the Interim City Manager upon the retirement of Charles Faranda. This Resolution approves the appointment of Desorae Giles-Smith to serve as City Manager. Approving the First Amendment to Employment Agreement for Desorae Giles-Smith to remove all references to "Interim".
