Pass a Resolution appointing Desorae Giles-Smith as Interim City Manager effective upon the retirement of current City Manager, Charles Faranda.

Pass a Resolution to appoint the Interim City Manager.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Current City Manager, Charles Faranda has announced that he will retire on or about March 2020. Members of the City Comission have requested that Desorae Giles-Smith serve as Interim City Manager effective upon the retirement of Charles Faranda.
