Staff respectfully requests approval of a resolution awarding RFP 2025-050 - Building Division: Inspection & Plan Review Services to C.A.P. Government, Inc., a Bureau Veritas Company, and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for as-needed plan review, inspection services, and permit technician support for the Building Division. Services will be provided in accordance with the staffing classifications, scope, and hourly rates submitted in the firm’s proposal.
