Approve the award of RFP 2026-004 Public Information and Community Engagement Services for the GO Bond Program and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the selected proposer.
Need Summary Explanation/ Background:
The intent of this solicitation is to engage a firm capable of designing and implementing clear, accessible, and transparent communication strategies to ensure residents are informed and engaged throughout the lifecycle of the GO Bond Program. Services sought in the RFP include:
Development of public information materials, including brochures, FAQs, info graphics, and digital content.
Planning and execution of community engagement activities such as workshops, town halls, and informational meetings.
Digital communication components including webpage management, social media content, newsletters, video updates, and media outreach.
Reporting and feedback mechanisms, including quarterly activity summaries and an annual public report.
Cost Summary/ Fiscal Impact:
$167,000.00
