Request Action:

Pursuant to the Development Agreement. Le Parc at Lauderhill, LLC has agreed to deed and dedicate the portion of the property as a public right-of-way to be used as a public road.

 

Need:

To dedicate a 60 foot wide public right of way to the city fo ruse as a public road.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

The City of Lauderhill/CRA offered various incentives to the developer Le Parc for the proposed development.  A Development Agreement was entered into between the developer and the City of Lauderhill. A public benefit component of the development was the agreement by the developer to dedicate and donate the specified portion of the parcel to the City of Lauderhill for use as a public road. The City of Lauderhill wishes to acknowledge and accept the dedication of the portion of the parcel to the public use for a public right-of-way/road.
