A RESOLUTION IS REQUESTED FROM THE CITY COMMISSION TO WAIVE COMPETITIVE BIDDING REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 2-144 OF THE CITY’S CODE OF ORDINANCE AND APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF THE FIRE ALARM ALERTING SYSTEM PER BROWARD COUNTY’S RFP R1426611P1.
