Pass a Resolution approving the change order to artist Big Bang Mosaics in the amount of $12,997.34 to be paid from the Foundation Grant.

Need:
To approve the change order necessary to pay for the design and fabrication of mosaic sign and sidewalk insert for the splash pad.

Summary Explanation/ Background:
A request for a change order for additional work requested to design and fabricate two mosaics; one to be installed into the sidewalk and one as a sign accompanying the splash pad at the Jackie Gleason Park to be paid for utilizing Foundation Grant dollars.
