Approval to allow the City of Lauderhill to exercise jurisdiction for traffic regulation and control over any private or limited access roads which are owned or maintained by the Cricket Club Townhomes Association by entering into a Municipal Traffic Control and Public Safety Ingress/Egress Agreement between the City and the Association, located at 5581 West Oakland Park Boulevard.

The Cricket Club Townhomes Association has requested the City exercise jurisdiction for traffic regulation and control over any private or limited access roads within its jurisdiction. Under section 316.006, Florida Statutes, the City may take on this responsibility.
