The City Commission is being asked to authorize a municipal election on November 3, 2026, and to approve the Municipal Elections Agreement, between the Broward County Supervisor of Elections and the City of Lauderhill, for the election.
Need Summary Explanation/ Background:
The Supervisor of Elections requires each municipality to execute the attached Municipal Elections Agreement, which will cover the municipal election in November 2026. According to Exhibit A of the Municipal Elections Agreement, the estimated cost of a November 2026 election is $0.00.
