Request Action:
This Resolution is requested to approve the appointment to the Code Enforcement Board, as selected by the Commission as a whole, to fill the vacant and/or expired seats.
Need Summary Explanation/ Background:
Mr. John Beckford, who was previously appointed to the Code Enforcement Board by the Commission as a whole for a three year term expiring November 2027, submitted his resignation. Ms. Dorothy Rich, currently serving as an alternate member has expressed interest in continuing to serve on the board.
Cost Summary/ Fiscal Impact:
All board members receive a $50.00 stipend, per meeting attended.
