Approval for the CRA Board to award BID No. 2026-003, Purchase of Storefront Windows and Doors, to WH Builders Group LLC, in the amount of $131,464.15, subject to final verification of quantities and product approvals meeting all specifications and code requirements.
If WH Builders Group LLC is unable to verify quantities, provide approved product documentation, or meet all required performance, licensing, insurance, and specification standards as outlined in the BID, the CRA shall be authorized to move to the next lowest responsive and responsible proposer without returning to the Board for further approval.
The CRA Board further authorizes the CRA Chair and Executive Director to execute all necessary contract documents upon satisfactory verification.
