RESOLUTION NO. 24R-09-207: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REMETERING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL AND GEORGIANA FRECKLETON TO ALLOW SUBMETERS AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5710 N.W. 15TH STREET, LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA, IN ORDER TO SEPARATELY BILL EACH INDIVIDUAL USER BASED UPON ACTUAL WATER CONSUMPTION AT THE SAME RATE UTILIZED BY THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE (REQUESTED BY CITY MANAGER, DESORAE GILES-SMITH).

Owner request of meter separation.
Cost Summary/ Fiscal Impact:
To separate the bill for each unit for actual water consumption. Per the City’s Code of Ordinances, meter separation can only occur with Commission approval.
