Adopt a Resolution to approve the appointment of Apryl Freeman as a second alternate member on the Lauderhill Educational Advisory Board for the remainder of a term expiring November 2020.

To fill a position on the Educational Advisory Board due to an expiration of term.

Summary Explanation/ Background:
Apryl Freeman has expressed her interest in serving on the Educational Advisory Board. The Lauderhill Educational Advisory Board members reviewed her resume and agreed to appoint her to the position at the April 24, 2019 board meeting, as second alternate to the board.
